Aromatherapy is a therapy using essential oils.  Essential Oils come from plants, flowers and citrus amoung a few other things.  Pure essential oils can have a therapeutic benefit in certain surroundings.  

There are a few different ways that you can use essential oils in your daily life during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  

  • Essential Oils for massage

  • Adding Essential Oils to your bath/shower

  • By defusing or breathing in Essential Oils

There are benefits to using Essential Oils to relieve certain systems such as

  • Morning sickness

  • calming benefits

  • pregnancy aches
